New Village Discussion Group meeting on the first and third Mondays, 1:30 to 3:00 pm. For members and volunteers. 

 

Each meeting we'll watch a video (or two if short) and discuss our thoughts and reactions to the information in the video. Videos cannot be more than 30 minutes long to allow adequate time for the discussion.

 

Videos can be educational, uplifting, and/or newsworthy on topics such as senior living, health or travel; technology, culture and society, 'something amazing', serendipity (a video you just happened to come across), or historical.

 

Once a video has been vetted for the accuracy of the content, it will be added to the presentation schedule. If a member of the discussion group has an objection to the video topic or content, they can either state their opinion when the video is played for the group or they should not attend that meeting when the video is presented.
