In class we build muscles, joint mobility & stability as well as greater core strength and balance. Participants use free weights, fit bands, or just body weight. Exercises may be done seated or standing at one’s own pace with multiple modifications demonstrated for individual levels of fitness.
Most importantly we connect and support one another as we exercise to fun music!
Silver & Fit and SilverSneaker members can attend for free.
