Cooking With Grains
On Monday, March 27, 2:00 - 4:00 PM, the Foodways program is hosting a Zoom presentation on Cooking with Grains with Maureen Quinn of the Oregon Extension Agency and a two-county family nutrition program.
Maureen will make grain samples available to the first 20 local participants, and provide recipes and tips for preparation. These samples will allow these participants to experiment ahead of the presentation and then talk about their experience and ideas during the discussion. More information on the grain samples will be provided when available.
